Maintained my private school’s computer network, infrastructure, workstations and servers in a multi-operating system environment utilizing Apple’s server technologies (Xserve and Mac OS X Server). Deployed over 40 educational workstations (iMac and MacBook) and maintained legacy PC workstations. Supported teachers and students to use new workplace environment.

Worked with individuals for basic computer training in specific applications or entire software suites. Catered to each individual’s previous knowledge and learning pace.
General Computer Repair

Fixed various computer problems, both hardware and software, ranging from simple hard-drive replacement and operating system reinstallation to soldering on snapped off components.
